Nathan's Cute Personality!

So I thought I would do a blog of the cute little things Nathan is doing lately and also finish up our fun here in Nebraska since we are going home soon!

Nathan is learning so much lately! He is a little sponge. His speech and signing are getting so good and he is getting to the point where he can copy about anything you try to get him to say or sign. He can say about 30 words and sign probably close to that also. He uses a mixture of both to communicate. It has been nice having him learn to communicate so early. It makes things a lot easier!

One of the funniest things he does lately is say TRUCK!! Whenever he sees a truck he lets you know. He says it constantly in the car.

He seems to have an inner conflict going on because he also likes to say "NO, YES, NO YES, NO YES" It helps him entertain himself in the car.

He purposely falls or runs into you and goes WHOA BABY! (He learned this from David)

He knows 4 colors very well and whenever he sees those colors he likes to make sure you know he saw them! RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, BLUE.

He thinks the letter "Z" is hilarious and loves to sign it and laugh.

He knows numbers 1-10 and learned them within a few days of me showing them to him. We finally got it on video!

He likes to tell me how he feels by saying/signing 3 feelings...SILLY, SCARED(I think he just likes the sign), GRUMPY!!

The couple house we are staying at has a dog named Bella. He says it so cute BEWWA, and seems to think that every dog that barks is named that. He insists on saying "SHH(finger to mouth) BEWWA!"

The most recent thing he did that was hilarious(I wish we got this on video) was right after Sacrament meeting he ran completely out of the chapel down the hall and around the corner(towards nursery). As soon as I got around the corner I saw he was waiting for me with his head peeking out the door. He gave me a cute smile and went right in. We have only been to that ward 3 times and I had no idea he knew where the nursery room was.

He loves the water and swimming. He has the tan to prove it. We are glad we got to experience Grand Island but are ready to head to the beach and then back to Utah!
